The hotel is situated in a very nice location with a really nice view, friendly staff, but quite a distance from city spots. The rooms were very clean but had a slight mildew smell, needing more thorough cleaning upon check-in. The service was attentive and accommodating, though sometimes preoccupied with chit-chat. The dining options had varying food selections each day, but the choices were limited. The beach walk and all furniture around provided a pleasant atmosphere, but signs of marine hazards were present.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant despite some drawbacks. The rooms, while a bit small and prone to moisture without the air conditioning on, did have a balcony which was a nice touch. However, the location was less than ideal, situated in front of a construction site and quite far from convenient amenities. The service, although with some inexperienced staff, did offer some nice features like a good sports bar with tasty food. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of local dishes, but the facilities seemed rushed in their finishes.
I was pleasantly surprised that we could check in at 9 am. The room with a balcony was perfect for travelers in Bali, Phuket, or Phu Coq. The only downside was a slight smell of humidity in the room.

The hotel room felt more like a $89 city hotel than a $300 resort room, lacking any view or balcony. The condensation issue throughout the walls and floors needs urgent attention. The absence of breakfast for a nearly $24k stay added to the disappointment.
